At Elite Media Digital Marketing, we pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our services. Due to the custom and strategic nature of digital marketing and content production, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Non-Refundable Services

    • All payments for cinematic video production, strategic planning, and creative campaign design are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  2. Prorated Refunds

    • For monthly service packages (e.g., social media management, SEO, paid campaigns), refunds may be issued on a prorated basis for any unused service time, if cancellation is requested with a 30-day written notice.

  3. Deposits and Upfront Fees

    • All deposits and upfront retainer fees are non-refundable and cover project initiation costs.

  4. Magazine Advertising

    • Advertising slots in EMDM Magazine are non-refundable once booked due to print commitments.

  5. Client Satisfaction Guarantee

    • While we do not offer full refunds on completed work, we are committed to resolving issues through revisions and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

  6. Refund Requests

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@elitemediadm.com and will be reviewed within 5 business days.
