TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or using the services of Elite Media Digital Marketing (“EMDM”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, services, and any contractual agreement.

1. Services and Deliverables
EMDM provides digital marketing services including but not limited to video ad production, paid advertising, SEO, social media management, strategic planning, and analytics. Deliverables, timelines, and campaign scopes will be agreed upon prior to service commencement.

2. Intellectual Property
All creative work, videos, designs, and campaign strategies developed by EMDM remain the property of EMDM unless explicitly transferred in writing.

3. Confidentiality
Client information, business data, campaign performance, and proprietary methods will remain confidential. EMDM agrees not to share any client information with third parties without prior written consent.

4. Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur additional fees. Ongoing services require active payment to remain uninterrupted.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
Services may be canceled with a 30-day notice. Custom or creative deliverables already produced are non-refundable. Refunds on monthly services will be prorated based on work already completed.

6. Liability Limitations
EMDM is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Clients assume full responsibility for complying with advertising regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Florida.

8. Modifications to Terms
EMDM reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes in advance.
