AGREEMENT TO TERMS

The specific services provided to a client, including deliverables, platforms, schedules, responsibilities, fees, and other requirements, are determined by the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or other written arrangement.

Information presented on this website is intended to describe our services generally and does not, by itself, create a client relationship or require Elite Media to accept any person or business as a client.

ELIGIBILITY & USE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in an applicable written agreement, information displayed on this website does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of pricing, availability, scope, or service terms.

RESULTS & PERFORMANCE

Social media performance depends on numerous factors, including audience behavior, market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, account history, content, brand positioning, client participation, and changes made by third-party platforms.

Accordingly, Elite Media does not guarantee a particular number of followers, impressions, views, engagements, inquiries, leads, sales, revenue, or other specific business or social media outcome unless a specific written guarantee is expressly included in a separate agreement.

Examples, portfolio materials, case studies, past performance, or discussions of strategy are not guarantees that another client will achieve identical or similar results.

CLIENT CONTENT

In connection with our services, clients may provide logos, trademarks, photographs, video, graphics, written materials, account access, brand assets, product information, or other content and materials.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a client represents that it owns or has obtained the rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary for Elite Media to use materials supplied by the client for the agreed services.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for promptly notifying Elite Media when supplied information, claims, offers, pricing, policies, or other materials need to be corrected or updated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Elite Media Digital Marketing name, branding, logos, website design, website graphics, text, visual elements, layouts, concepts, and other materials appearing on this website may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
